Terms & Conditions

Outstation

  • Distance and time will start and end at customer pick up point.
  • Parking ,Toll and Permit charges will be extra as per actual.
  • Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM to 6 AM.
  • One day means one calendar day (from mid night 12 AM to mid night 11.:59pm ).
  • In case of Peak.
  • All vehicles are our own Fleet vehicles.

One Way Drop

  • Distance and time will start and end at customer pick up point.
  • Parking ,Toll and Permit charges will be extra as per actual.
  • Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM to 6 AM.

Tour Packages

  • Package amount includes Accommodation, Complimentary breakfast, Parking, Tolls, Driver Allowance, Fuel, State entry tax & Sightseeing.
  • Package Amount Excludes 5% GST on Total Amount.
  • Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking before 24 hours prior to the time of the journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the booking amount.

Refunds

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at sltvls09@gmail.com or call us at +91 94490 64167 or WhatsApp us at +91 94490 64167.
